Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good (or in the case of delivery in parts; the last good or part of the good). Pay attention! It is not necessary to open the packaging and / or use the product to evaluate consumables (such as shampoo, gel, tanning, hair straightener, etc.). After opening and / or using these products, they may no longer be in a salable condition, so that the depreciation can amount to 100%. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay. and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail).

Shipping policies.

At the payment you can choose how to send your package. You can send a package with Bpost or you can choose to pick it up at the salon. 

The shipping with Bpost will take 1-4 working days for delivery. 

When you choose to pick it up at the salon, then the next day your package is ready.
